Virtual Office Terms & Conditions

Must be aged 18 years or older.

Room Bookings: member may self-serve rentals or call front desk during staffed hours for assistance.  Booking credits do not carry over.  Rentals beyond the included are invoiced at the member rate to be paid with card on file. 

Check In: Virtual Office users must check in at the front desk, and must collect their guests in the lobby.  Users and guests must leave the conference room at the conclusion of the rental, and leave the facility reasonably thereafter.  Virtual Office is NOT a standard coworking membership, although users may purchase discounted Day Passes to work in the coworking space. 

Part time coworking Day Pass Access: members may use the coworking facility during weekday desk-staffed hours only--9am to 7pm Monday through Friday, excluding holidays or other posted restrictions.

Day Passes are limited to your date of redemption, regardless of when you choose to arrive. While passes are undated, the discounted day passes associated with PT member subscriptions must be used during the subscription month, and do not accrue month-to-month.

Day Pass users must leave the facility with any personal property by 7pm. Remaining at the facility during unstaffed hours without the express written permission from staff will be grounds for a ban from the facility, without refund for any pro-rata for the remaining day passes. Full time membership options exist for users who need access outside of staffed hours. 

Part time coworking Day Pass users allows the use of all common assembly and lounge areas and drop-in desks. Coworking membership does NOT include use of a dedicated reserved desks or other restricted private areas. PT users may reserve private conference rooms or the class room for private use at the member discounted rate, by seeing the front desk or self-service in the member dashboard.

Day Pass does NOT allow for use of Idea Foundry Makerspace, nor use of associated tool or tech stations.

While guests and visitors are allowed for regular members, additional people are NOT allowed to join part-time users, except during private conference room or classroom event rental times.

Orientation & Check-In: Upon your first Virtual Office member Day Pass redemption, you will be briefed on building access, parking and given a temporary security tag; you will need to show ID. Following your first redemption, you will just check in at the front desk to redeem your next passes. 

Member Code of Conduct:  PT members are expected to act in accordance with our ethics and code and conduct outlined for regular members and to refrain from any behavior that is disrespectful or substantively  disruptive to fellow members, visitors, or to the space.  

While networking is encouraged, Members and guests agree not to engage in aggressive solicitation to other members or guests, such as for the sale of goods or services. 

Members and guests agree not to utilize the Idea Foundry spaces or internet connection to conduct any illegal activity.

Membership may be suspended or revoked at the sole discretion of management if a member poses a threat to the health, safety, or property of our community, or code of conduct violations. 

Personal security:  Please secure all valuables.  PT drop-in membership does not include amenities such as dedicated desks with locking cabinets, or locking storage options.  Personal property is not to be left on-site overnight, and must be removed with the user by 7pm of any date of day pass redemption.  We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of any personal property left on-site or in vehicles in parking lots or street parking.
